Spicy Mugolio
The best parts of our popular mugolio syrup — thick, dark, with hints of citrus and balsamic — combined with locally-grown chili peppers.
This is a great vegan alternative to hot honey and can be drizzled over pizza or ice cream, used to make glazes for meat or cheese, stirred into a hot cup of tea, or Carla’s personal favorite: over chicken and waffles!
Ingredients: Scots Pine Cones, White Pine Cones, Chili Peppers, Organic Turbinado Sugar
Black Walnut Molasses
Fermented throughout the summer season and boiled down until thick, this black syrup is delightfully sweet and complex! Warm, nutty, with a hint of caramel and a taste that I like to describe as a ripe, sundae-worthy banana.
Amazing over ice cream, on pancakes and waffles, and frothed into steamed milk for a ridiculously delicious latte.
Ingredients: Unripe Black Walnuts, Organic Turbinado Sugar
Jersey Pine Mugolio
Pine buds, picked while still green and full of liquid, are fermented in turbinado sugar for an entire season. The result is a thick, heady syrup that is as dark as amber honey and has sweet flavors of maple and citrus with a balsamic, woody note similar to rosemary.
Wonderful over sweet cheeses, as a glaze for meats, or as a base for the most amazing salad dressing in existence.
Ingredients: Pitch Pine Cones, White Pine Cones, Organic Turbinado Sugar
Seasonal Syrups
Deliciously-warming and perfect for all fall-related treats.

Woodland Sangria
A dark and fruity blend of tasty wild fruits and herbs.
Add to mocktails or punch for a non-alcoholic version of the refreshing Spanish cocktail. Also makes a great base for marinades!

Wild Spiced Pumpkin
A foraged version of the spicy gourd flavor we all know and love! A blend of wild herbs and locally-grown pumpkins.
Stir into tea and coffee, drizzle over yogurt, or pour over pancakes and waffles.
Ingredients: Locally-grown sugar pumpkin, turmeric, ginger; foraged magnolia fruit, sweet goldenrod, spicebush berry, juniper berry; cardamom, cinnamon, cloves
What is this “mugolio” you speak of?
Mugolio is the name of the OG pine cone syrup created in the Italian Alps. “Mugo” is the name of the pine tree used, and “olio” is Italian for “oil”.
